• Withdrawals to bank accounts via FPX or bank transfer are processed within 1 to 24 hours on business days.

If your account is terminated due to fraud or a serious violation, sayap33 reserves the right to forfeit all balances and bonuses in that account. For terminations not involving serious violations, any valid balance will be returned to you after the required review process is completed.
